Grand Haven, MI Winter Engagement Session

Ally and Tyler asked me to take their engagement photos downtown Grand Haven, MI. They were torn between doing their session at a studio or outdoors. Ultimately they decided to go with the former for the natural lighting and freedom to move around a bit more.

There was no snow on the ground despite it being late November, and we truly lucked out hard with that since a week later the snow accumulation began for the year. We also caught the tail end of the fall colors, and the start of shops putting their Christmas decorations up. The perfect combo for a festive session without having to trek through snow!

It was great to meet these two and I wish them all the best in their wedding planning. I SO wish I could capture their wedding for them but I have already booked their date.
